Rates are based on six people.  Extra adults are $150 per week, children 6 and under $100.

Rates do not include tax.  A damage/reservation deposit of $1,000 is required and will be returned within one week of departure providing no damage is done other then normal wear and tear and the terms of the rental agreement are met.
